Delivery

We deliver once a week with orders due by Friday midnight for deliveries the following week. Depending on your location, you will receive your delivery on the following days after your order is placed:

• NSW: Either Saturday or Monday

• VIC: Either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

• QLD: Either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

A flat $25 shipping fee is applicable for orders under $100
Orders over $100 have free delivery

You can enter delivery instructions along with your order, and we will pass this on to our delivery partners to follow.

Your products will arrive chilled via refrigerated transport. If unattended, our delivery partners will leave your parcel at your doorstep in a safe location and will advise you via phone call or text message of. Please refrigerate immediately.

All our products usually arrive with a minimum 10-days chilled shelf life upon delivery. Our products can be frozen prior to their use by date for your convenience.
